14.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who attended the FREE Art Therapy sessions at Allwood House over the past two weeks! Everyone had a great time, got fully immersed in the creative process and got a lot out of it. Blessed to be able to run these sessions with the community again!

02.01.2022 A simple way to relax while drawing: fill an entire page with sweeping gestural lines and then color block them in using any materials on hand. Here I used a bl...ack brush maker for the longer lines, fine point Sharpie for the mini mandalas, and watercolor brushes for the color. I have introduced this idea many times in art therapy groups - especially when someone is feeling creatively blocked or anxious. It is a soothing process for many folks! #artrelaxation #trusttheprocess
