24.01.2022 These two creating together warms my heart! This is all their choosing

23.01.2022 My first commissioned little artwork. Made and given with such love to my beautiful friends daughter who is 2 and a true delight. I struggle to share my art but this friend encouraged me and gave me such confidence! I love how friends can do that. Special they are!

22.01.2022 Bookings now open

19.01.2022 A little update to the website https://studio-k.org

16.01.2022 It fills me with immense pride to create this post. Yesterday our son Harry (6 yrs) approached me about selling some of his drawings. We discussed some options... and ideas and he decided he would turn them into cards by pasting his images onto blank cards for people to add their own messages. We talked about helping others and different charities and he would like to contribute a portion of sales to assist ‘Bears of Hope’ who support families that experience the loss of their baby and whom supported us. His eyes lit up when we talked about this one as he wanted it right or wrong to help others because of loosing his little brother Toby in Mummy’s tummy. Harry misses him and talks of him often. He said Mum and Dad this HAS to be for Toby! So needless to say both Stuart and I are extremely proud and blown away by his efforts on this. He is very particular about his images and which ones are ‘for sale’ so here is a sample I am permitted to show. They are all on quality cotton paper, materials include watercolours, metallic ink, crayon, pencil, chalk and markers. He will sign and name each card. Some are mandalas. In terms of selling we are thinking just online at $2 a card including Aust. wide postage (which is $1.10) with 10% of each card sale going to the Bears of Hope charity with Harry saving the rest. We would love some feedback please on the price while Harry keeps creating (when he feels the itch)

15.01.2022 Sooooo many pretties! Can’t wait to get into this batch!

14.01.2022 Even though the studio isn’t open atm our lives are still creating, seeking, making or planning to create....as much as we can this our heart place - mine and Harry’s (and Molly is learning that way too already). Here’s a few pics of what we’ve been up too lately from Harry and his friends making a fire pit, to a family gratitude tree, birthday signs, iso learning, beach walking, bush escaping we feel pretty blessed to be in this beautiful place. I have such a fun pile of exciting new class ideas down and bubbling away. Without wishing away maternity and healing leave I’m excited to move into work once more. 2020 and behond.....

03.01.2022 A busy and creative day today! After a beautiful lakeside walk I created my first pour painting and I loved it! What do you think? Anyone been experimenting lately?

02.01.2022 Keeping me busy atm is our beautiful little girl Molly. Her hair is finally just long enough for little bows Harry is doing beautifully in kindergarten and grows up a little more before my eyes each day. I turned 40 this week & the celebrations continue! This weekend with more of my family... Here are some of my favourite moments from celebrating with some best friends last weekend. ... Captured is a true heart moment, the beautiful scenery, a delish grazing board my talented friend made, some stunning everlasting flowers I was gifted and always wanted and a cute little thank made of rose quartz and a watercolour heart to thank my girls for the love that surrounds me. Creating still looks a little different with the studio closed for renovations and our baby but I gather inspiration wherever I go and feel very grateful for this period of space and healing. Harry is missing it too and this week we hatched a plan together where I will set him up a crafternoon station to create a couple of days every week as he is missing the change in freestyle creating his Pre school offered. This is inspiring to us both and I love to surprise him with new materials and ideas. Much love
