18.01.2022 GLIMMERS What are your glimmers? So, please go read @seerutkchawla post about glimmers first. I had never heard or seen anything about glimmers befor...e reading Seerut’s post. Glimmers are the opposite of a trigger. A trigger causes us to be in a state of disregulation; ie fight, flight, freeze, flop or fawn. A glimmer is the opposite. Meaning we feel emotionally safe. Glimmers can be anything, but often a person, scent, music/sound, animals etc. See my story / highlight for more thoughts!
