Our Tuesday afternoon 4-5pm session for 6-12 year olds has availability if you are looking for an after school activity for your little one

23.01.2022 Creative Little Ones finished up it's final school art therapy program today. Our after school groups are also on hold until Term 2 next year when I'll be back from maternity leave. Thank you to all the families and children that make Creative Little Ones what it is, cant wait to see you all again next year for more relaxing and fun art making. Individual sessions and our afternoon groups will continue Term 2 - 2019.

21.01.2022 Creative Little Ones has been running six week art therapy sessions for Year 1 and 2 students at a few primary schools in the St George area. The focus topics include self esteem, emotions and expressing oneself, who to talk to when feeling overwhelmed, positive self talk and some free art making time to express themselves. All the teachers and parents gave feedback and agreed they saw a positive difference in the child after the sessions Creative Little ones runs weekly after school groups for 5-12 year olds if you are looking for a creative outlet for your child

14.01.2022 Creative Little Ones is back , after a little break to raise my littlest one, I am excited to be partnering with 2connect (links to learning program) to run art therapy groups for a range of Primary and High schools in the St George Area. Today Carlton Public School Year 6 explored the topic of bullying, the kids were asked to make something out of clay that brings them hope and joy. The message I wanted to give was when bullying happens it can feel that it will not end, but you must not lose hope and to focus on what brings joy

14.01.2022 Our first art workshop for the school holidays started today. The kids enjoyed creating canvas paintings, clay animals, dream catchers and superhero masks. So nice to see them making new friends too We have availability for next week's art workshops if you are looking for a fun activity for your little one.

Focusing on a range of art therapy topics, including anger thermometer paintings and paintings of a place or activity that makes them feel calm and happy. Our Tuesday afternoon 4-5pm art group is available for $25per session @ Oysterbay for 6-10yr olds. Casual visits welcome

07.01.2022 Creative little Ones ran a 2 hour workshop with St George Youth Services Step Up program at Brighton Le Sands public school. The art therapy topic was anxiety. The Yr 6 students made stress balls, feelings bottles and were asked to write 5ppl they can talk to when they are feeling anxious. The kids also drew 3 things that they worry about and 4 activities they like to do to feel calm. We are now taking bookings for Monday and Tuesday afternoon groups for 2018 if you are looking for an after school activity for your child.
