13.01.2022 CHALK PAINT! How to make sidewalk chalk paint 1. add 1 cup of water to 1 cup of cornstarch.... 2. Mix until there are no clumps of cornstarch and then pour the mixture into the cups of muffin tin or into small plastic containers. 3. Next add a few drops of food coloring to each cup and mix until blended. That’s it! Now hand off to your kids with a couple of paint brushes and let them create!

11.01.2022 A message to all our followers- We are all facing very unprecedented, difficult times. This covid19 pandemic has now affected many families, businesses, communities and our way of life. Firstly, we would like to say our hearts go out to anyone that has been affected by the virus in some way, especially those who are unwell. A massive thank you to all the amazing, selfless healthcare staff that are caring for those in need all across our country. Creative Promotions and Even...ts has been hit hard, as our work is all based around people gathering and celebrating. But first and foremost, is the safety and health of our workers and all our customers. Of course we are unable to attend events, parties, etc, but we will be offering our products with delivery to locals that want a treat at home. Items list will go up shortly. We are very focused on hygiene when it comes to our product and delivery. Please know we are taking this situation very seriously and will take all precautions to ensure health and safety. Arrangements for payments and delivery (door drop offs) can be made. We will also be posting craft activities, creative ideas and more throughout the next several weeks, to give parents some fun easy ideas to occupy the kids at home! 05.01.2022 Just found this awesome idea! Ingredients for this size - - 500grams of plain flour... - 250grams salt - 250 millilitres of water (add slightly more water if necessary) Bake in oven on lowest heat for 3 hours or until rock hard (took about 4 hours for ours) Instructions- Mix the flour and salt then add the water Mix into a dough Roll out onto flat surface into desired shape about 1-1.5cm thick (remember to sprinkle some flour down to prevent sticking) Place on a baking tray Make hand imprints (as deep/clear as possible) place in the oven on the -lowest heat possible- and leave for 3-4 hours or until completely solid top and bottom. (Alternatively you can leave to air dry for a couple of days in a cool dry place- this is the best option if you only have self raising flour) Paint with your choice of paints/colours (I used acrylic paints) Seal with any kind of varnish or sealer to preserve it. Varnish, modpodge, PVA and water mix Paint it when it’s out of the oven and cooled. Use any type of paint. Check the bottom is rock solid before you take it out and make sure you have it on the ovens lowest heat or it will burn instead.
