22.01.2022 Messy creative fun was had this week at our program with New Hope Foundation Inc in Melbourne's outer west. Thanks to our new volunteer team for working on this long standing program to encourage artistic endeavour and positivity in our recently arrived refugee community. :)

20.01.2022 Fundraising crochet lesson number two was last night. The girls are getting the hang of it, and we are raising money for a craft program with refugee women in Melbourne's west.

14.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who helped pull together today's makers market. A huge shout out goes to Eve for her months of prep - and long day today. Thanks to the raffle, bake sale, and sausage sizzle - we raised nearly $600 for our programs today.

09.01.2022 How lovely are these birds? Creative yesterday at our art workshop in Werribee. We are using birds to to explore stories of migration with children who have come to Australia as refugees.

09.01.2022 Wonderful animations created at our workshop last week. Only one week left for this term. Participants have shared, imagined, expressed and created beautiful art over the past 5 weeks while exploring their experiences of settling and growing up in Australia as refugees.

02.01.2022 Today we start our first ever Australian program focusing on women. We've been working with children from refugee backgrounds for years, and now we're growing to include craft training programs for women right here in Melbourne. We are so excited. Thanks for those who came along to our fundraising crochet classes, you've made this happen for us. And... We are very lucky to have the lovely Eve on board to facilitate the program.
