17.01.2022 Another sad farewell .. On Thursday we said goodbye to our beloved Elsa. She made it to 15.5 years of age. Yet diagnosed with advanced kidney disease in January, it was clear she wouldn't have much time. While this post is of a personal nature, it does make me think of love and passion. Without love/passion in our hearts, I believe there is not much in life that can be achieved. My animals have always been a huge part of my life. So hoping many of you can understand. The best thing right now is that Elsa is finally at peace. She will be reunited with her beloved Maisy (litter buddy) and all her other besties. She was my special baby girl, hence my writing of it x

04.01.2022 Music & Lyrics .. words can mean so much at times. Sometimes we hear a song we've heard a thousand times & yet suddenly it has great meaning, more than ever before. When I heard this song (Knocking on Heaven's door) yesterday, it took on great meaning for me. My father is now at the end of his life. The song has taken on so much meaning- given how much conflict has existed in our family. So very sad to see someone's life end (so close to that point). There can be no turning ...back .. 01.01.2022 So many ways to write things .. This is interesting ie 'I'm sorry... I love you' or 'I'm sorry I love you' .. so simple yet I continue to find it so interesting as to how words can be easily misconstrued .. particularly if writing via sms
