04.01.2022 Drama improv, improvisation, theatre sports = getting your brain to work fast and creatively. Don't be scared, it's fun, the games are designed to be fun, entertaining and get your fuzzy old thought patterns to freshen up. I find that doing improvisation in a class helps me to become energised and more creative in all I do. What if ... you were to find a new way. Join us 7pm, this Saturday, August 21st at the Funhouse.

02.01.2022 I've just been watching some fabulous videos on laugh therapy. It's so relaxing and gets deep breaths into the lungs - very good for health. I'm going to introduce a few Laugh Out Loud exercises in the Creative Improv classes.
