25.01.2022 Oct 2020: crafty birthday party with these crafty ladies. Cheers!

25.01.2022 Sept 2020: I repaired this little sculpture today. The original post it sat on deteriorated. I gave it a new post and it is finally back in the garden where it belongs. Makes me very happy.

24.01.2022 Nov 2020: the pink has been added. Onto the the blue.

24.01.2022 Oct 2020: photos from two fabulous kids holiday mosaic workshops. Some very original artwork left the classroom today. Great family fun.

23.01.2022 Nov 2020: I did not like the colours in the bottom right hand corner of the circle so I removed them. Then I went hunting for some new glass at my local stained glass maker. Thank you Clive for the lovely glass choices. Then I replaced the glass with the gorgeous caramel brown glass that you can see. It works perfectly with all the other glass choices and makes me want to eat caramel fudge.... I am happy now.

22.01.2022 Sept 2020: YAY! Finally being installed at a school in marrickville. Thanks Chris for finishing the project for us

22.01.2022 Sept 2020: repair complete. The stem from the flower was missing. Matched and cut the glass then regrouted The owner was very sad as she had brought it with her from south Africa but found it broken when she unpacked it. She is happy now

21.01.2022 Nov 2020: just about finished the centre of this mosaic. I really like the pink and blue. Will look better when it's grouted.

18.01.2022 Nov 2020: I tiled this laundry yesterday and grouted it white today. Not my usual style but if you look closely you will see it is still a mosaic but limited to one colour and rectangles and squares. I have never tiled like a grown up before. It was a big learning curve for me. But I am happy with my first attempt. Two panels. The larger one is 182 x 160.

17.01.2022 This was made by CW student Ivy. When I grouted it I chose black grout to pull the picture together and make the colours appear more vibrant. In this case the grout formed an important part of the picture too.

17.01.2022 August 2020: pretty in pink baby shower cake. Chocolate mud cake filled and covered with buttercream. All the decorations are handmade using fondant. I really like this cake

06.01.2022 Sept 2020: another Death by Chocolate cake i made whilst teaching today. It will be donated to a worthy cause. It is a 6 inch, double height, vanilla, butter cake filled and covered with buttercream with a chocolate ganache drip decorated with delicious chocolate.
