21.01.2022 Att: IN-PERSON WORKSHOP w/ @gwynzenthai | THE ART OF TOUCH & ASSISTING | Oct 22 & 23 | limited spaces | book via out app Thursday 22nd TO SEE IT IS TO FREE IT Opening up to the conversation around touch. We will be learn to carefully listen to what is needed before we use our receptive hands to connect with clarity and presence. This three hour class will give you a passion and a confidence with the 5 main qualities of touch and an understanding of ‘what and when’ is appropriate. Excellent for therapists, yoga assists and first timers. FRIDAY 23rd LOWER BACK POWER Understanding then creating an ongoing friendly conversation with the lower back (sacral iliac joint). Here we learn simple and effective asana, creative partner flows and therapeutic bodywork sequences to say hello to the lower back.

Here's a condensed version of the meditation prompts from the a live-stream Creature class led by @becsisaacs Sitting with an upright spine - creating a channel to receive. Imagine light as it travels in & out through your 5 senses, in unison with the movement of your breath - take a moment inward. Overtime when your breath becomes calm, more quiet, more still - watch as the mind may follow. Feel how the light inside of you has become separate f...rom the movement of your breath - having an intelligence of its own. Mid-brain luminous, clear, present - that same presents found in the centre of your heart. Observe the level of sensation in your chest & anything else that's coming through you.
