25.01.2022 This spectacular hand made glass jellyfish pendant (Fiona Horne) needed a simple chain. So I made three strands (leather, chain, waxed thread) then added the jumprings to give it a simple but unique finish.

25.01.2022 This long resin necklace has a beautiful silky texture. I loved creating this asymmetrical design.

21.01.2022 So the good folk at @redpointgallery asked me to hold an exhibition in one of their galleries after they saw the giant ukulele I made for the folky last year. A...fter mulling it over for a few days, I realised how much visual history I have from the past 15 or so years, so I stepped up and accepted the challenge. I'm installing it tomorrow and I'm callng it "my scene within the scene" and it's basically the story of my contribution to the local music scene from when I moved here in early 2000. It'll feature my oversized uke and banjos plus posters and photos, artwork I've designed and I've been influenced by - stuff that I've been involved in one way or another. I've met the most extrodinary people and have so many fond memories. It's been quite a ride and as much as I miss being amongst it, I'm really loving not having to - how you say - herd cats. If you're in or around port kembla this weekend, drop into 100 wentworth street. I'll be working at @thearthousecafe so won't have time to hang, but it'd be great to see your face. 16.01.2022 The Swarovski crystals on either side of the square mother of pearl beads sparkle in the sunlight and are framed with the olive resin frames. The chain is a 3 by 2 in gold and silver toned jumprings.

15.01.2022 Illawarra Craft and Arts Network (ICAN) is having an exhibition in July at the Old Kiama Fire Station. Fabulous hand made items of sale, such as, paintings, knitted items, wood turned creations, a variety of sewn items, hand crafted jewellery and much more. Come and visit the exhibition as well as enjoying a beautiful day in the lovely seaside village.

14.01.2022 Just finished revamping a black woolen cape with beautiful felted ‘angel wings’ that I purchased at the Illawarra Spinners and Weavers Exhibition a few weeks ago. I like the floaty look.

09.01.2022 Experimenting with making drop earrings using transparent lampwork glass discs. They shimmer in the sunshine. I think I’ll keep these.
