15.01.2022 Regarded as one of Australia’s best cheeses, La Luna is a farmhouse dairy using Organic certified milk. A nod of inspiration to French-style soft goat’s cheeses, Carla Meurs and Ann-Marie Monda hand make this smooth and silky cheese using non-animal rennet. Flavours are fresh and citric. The enticing wrinkly rind appearance is gentle. Note that sometimes to times, we need to substitute the La Luna (pictured) by the smaller ashed version, Brigid's well.

These two high-octane, talented young winemakers have partnered up to produce some truly original andelectric natural wines from sustainable vineyards across South Australia. These wines are colourful, flavourful and a little tongue in cheek. Best served with good friends and plenty of good vibes.
05.01.2022 Mornington Peninsula’s narrow coastal plain circles the volcanic derived Red Hill and Main Ridge. The soils, rainfall and vine canopies are lighter, suiting the Pinot Grigio style. Delightful sun-drenched hay and crunchy pear aroma, discreet acidity and ripe stone fruit mouthfeel confirm the pedigree of the region. A blend across local vineyards creates a broader nose and a soft fuller palate.

We know last year was hard on all of us and to show our support to all the amazing artists that haven't received as much work as they should, we decided to book them at the bar.
