18.01.2022 Pear & Mixed Berry Crumble. . This recipe is full of colour and is a great breakfast option or perhaps yummy dessert. . There's no such thing as good or bad foods just a quantity in which we eat them.... . 6 pears - Chopped 200 grams frozen berries 1/4 cup sultanas Drizzle of honey 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 cup of natural muesli . Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins. Add muesli and bake for a further 10 minutes. . Serves six. . Serve with natural Greek yoghurt and protein powder (optional). . The Romanian deadlift (RDL) is a traditional barbell lift used to develop the strength of the posterior chain muscles, including the erector spinae, gluteus maximus, hamstrings and adductors. When done correctly, the RDL is an effective exercise that helps strengthen both the core and the lower body with one move. *TIP* Focus on a HIP HINGE action. Say no to spinal flexion.
