Billy lived his life surrounded by loved ones, living his life how he wanted without a care in the world. A true gentlemen, kind-hearted, selfless man who would give the shirt off his back if needed. Loving daughter to Dorothy and David (dec.), dearly loved sister to Alison and Darlene (dec.) and cherished mother to Ebony. A celebration of Winnie's life will be held at Newcastle Memorial Park in the North Chapel, on Friday, 16 October 2020 at 2pm. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, this gathering is limited to 100 people, with limited seating inside the Chapel reserved, for family and close friends. Guests attending outside of the chapel are reminded of social-distancing please. The service will also be live steamed and recorded for those who can't attend. Winsome will forever be in all of our hearts!
