25.01.2022 Nominating for Council to represent my community has been one of the best decisions I have made! I have learnt so much and feel so privileged to have been given the opportunity. If you have ever thought of nominating for Council, now is your chance! Nominations open September 7th. I'm happy to chat about the commitment involved and what you can expect as a Councillor, just give me a buzz

24.01.2022 YES! The Premier has announced that if I am elected next month we will spend $4.3 million creating 70kms of mountain bike trails in the Wellington National Park. This will secure the region as an international mountain biking destination! I can't do it without you so say YES and vote for me this election.

23.01.2022 With the election only 6 days away, I want to thank everyone who has supported me and my campaign so far. It has truly been an honour to work hard for my community. If you would like to help me in the last few days, such as letterboxing or even helping on polling day next Saturday, please get in touch

22.01.2022 Mark McGowan's 50% renewable energy target was exposed on the front page of yesterday's The Australian (9/2/17). This will result in power blackouts, just like South Australia and higher power costs for WA families and seniors. This will also see the closure of the coal-fired power stations in Collie = No Jobs! Say NO to Labor turning the lights off on WA.

21.01.2022 Nine months of hard work culminated on Saturday with a landslide victory to the Labor party. Although I am devastated by the result, I can hold my head high and know that I ran an excellent campaign and worked as hard as I possibly could. I have been really heartened by the well wishes I have received over the last couple of days, I have no regrets and will hold my head high knowing I gave it my best shot. At the end of the day, politics is a brutal game, and people wanted a ...change after 8 years of a Liberal Government. I want to congratulate the other candidates, particularly Mick Murray, for their efforts. Most people will never understand the toll something like this takes on your life and that of your family. I want to thank my campaign team, volunteers, friends and family for supporting, encouraging and mentoring me through this journey. I could never have done it without you. Lastly, I want to pay testament to our outgoing Liberal Government, particularly our Premier Colin Barnett, and for his service to this state. I am so thankful to the Liberal Party and feel absolutely privileged to have been given this amazing opportunity, I have loved every minute of campaigning and learning the issues affecting my community. This has been a massive learning experience and I have grown so much as a person. No regrets! See more

10.01.2022 Nominations for the Collie Council elections have now closed, with 12 nominations for 5 positions. Three Councillors are stepping down, including our President and Deputy President, which will mean we will have quite a few new faces on board. I urge everyone to get to know the local candidates and ensure you vote for who you think will do a good job representing our town and its residents, and will help to promote Collie as a great place to live and visit!
