23.01.2022 Did you know we recently changed our menu to give you more choice and now offer most of our mains as either a chicken or veal option. We are still open 7 nights from 4:30 and 4 lunches 11:30am - 2pm Thursday to Sunday. . We also have no set menus, no minimum spends, allow BYO 7 days a week (bottled wine only) and are also fully licensed. This is our commitment to you not only extending our opening hours during this difficult time but also ensuring we offer the full experienc...e safely. We are a registered COVIDSafe business with a 5* Food and Hygiene rating. . We have also introduced confirmation text messages for all bookings to ensure you don't forget about your booking, the only thing we ask is that you show up on time and ensure if you change numbers for your booking you call us. As we are still at approximately 50% capacity it is very important that we are able to do multiple sittings in a night to ensure we can continue to provide the same level of service and quality that you have come to love over the last year. 22.01.2022 We will be re-opening for lunch from Thursday - Sunday with more details and the exact date to follow (though this should happen in early July). We will release a new lunch menu that will be slightly smaller than the last to adapt to the new environment we are in, but we promise it will be just as delicious and we cant wait to share it with you soon. . . We also now have more capacity than previously and have confirmed this with the NSW government. Due to a change in th...eir policy with the latest update we can now fit up to 40 people maximum, so if you have missed out on a booking give us a call and we might be able to squeeze you in. Additionally we can now take bookings of up to 20 people per table. . . 20.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who has booked over the past week and our sincere apologies to those who have missed out. Our 6pm and 7:45pm sittings are already booked out until Sunday with only limited seats remaining on Sunday at 8pm, however we do still have space at 4pm tonight or over the weekend if anybody is after an early dinner. If you do have a booking please give us as much notice as possible when cancelling as this week we have been turning away lots of people, only to hav...e the occasional late cancellation. This is not only difficult for us with reduced capacity but also for those that missed out on the seat (though we appreciate that any notice is better than none, and that unexpected things do happen) . Our first Saturday we managed to fill all 3 sittings completely, and every single day so far have filled at least 1 sitting. . As a result of the amazing response we are advising to book at least 3 weeks in advance for a Friday and Saturday to be able to come at your preferred time, and at least 1 week in advance for all other days (though its always worth calling us just incase we have availability close...r. If we cannot accommodate you for a June booking we will be taking a reserve waiting list for any day after June 1st in case restrictions are lifted. We hope you spend this time enjoying it responsibly with family in small groups, and as usual we are open tonight from 3:30pm until 8pm with our regular discounts. . We would also like to take this opportunity to announce that from next Friday we will be OPEN for dine-in. Based on the governments most recent announcement of the easing of restrictions we will be opening from Friday for dine in and will hold 3 seatings per day of ...1 hour 50 minutes each. we will release more details on this very early next week and will be accepting bookings from tomorrow (once we announce the timing of these seatings). We will very strictly adhere to the 10 patrons limit and will enforce strict social distancing measures within the restaurant. As most of you already know just before COVID we received a 5 star food safety rating from the health departments Scores on Doors program and will continue to adhere to our strict hygiene practices with extra procedures put in place, we would recommend utilising the transparent program that NSW has had in place for a long time to identify and reward those restaurants who have always maintained strong food hygiene practices. .
