20.01.2022 WE'RE CLOSING EARLY... Please note that the Crescent Head Tavern and bottle shop will be closing early this evening. We thought that the bosses had given us an early mark to go for a surf but we've actaully got a staff meeting planned. Part of that session will involve training key staff on our new cocktail menu which we'll be launching soon. So from 7pm this evening, our doors will be closed to the public. We'll be back at it tomorrow though at the usual time and hope to se...e you there. P.S - We'd also like to thank Steve DaRos for giving us permission to use this outstanding photo in our marketing communications. Thanks Steve!

19.01.2022 Please be advised that we're unable to take 'tap-and-go' or EFTPOS payments in our bar, bistro or bottle shop areas at the moment. Our payment provider (Tyro) is experiencing network connectivity issues which is impacting our venue. We hope they can fix the problem as quickly as possible. When the surf's choppy, you can always find an alternative, like skateboarding or watching surf flicks. So in the meantime, please 'cash up' before visiting or use the ATM facilities in the bar area. Cheers.

18.01.2022 A bit of fun earlier in the week with our XXXX bucket hat giveaway/promo! Luckily for us, the hats that we pulled out of the box weren't maroon! A lot of fun and plenty of happy guests. Yeew!

15.01.2022 We've got two more Friday evenings to go with our fund-raising efforts. This week the crew from Ball's Butchery have kindly donated a large meat tray and a large seafood tray for us to raffle. Tickets will be $2 each (or you can be as generous as you like) with winners drawn shortly after 6pm. The donation bucket will again be on the bar and the Tavern will continue to match all donations in that bucket dollar-for-dollar. We've raised over $4,000 in the first two weeks so thank you to the support of our community and patrons. We hope to see you there again on Friday night.

15.01.2022 Live music returns to the Tavern... We're stoked to announce that Chris Grieve will kick off our return to live music this Sunday, the 10th of January, from 2pm to 5pm. Based in Coffs Harbour, Chris has an outstanding vocal range and specializes in accoustic rock and coastal music covers. So drop in for a cool drink and check out the vibe, you won't be disappointed. Please note that strict COVID regulations are still in force which includes social distancing and the seating ...of our guests at all times. Cheers, CHT.

15.01.2022 We look forward to welcoming patrons this evening for our NYE celebrations. Our focus is on providing a safe and family-friendly venue for all guests. DJ Skoney will be spinning the decks from 8:00pm and there will be a 'street eats' set menu for our bistro customers (please note that our reservations have reached capacity). If you're set up in our chill zone or the main bar area (party zone) you can order pizza's from downstairs bring them up to the bar. Orders are taken fr...om 4pm! Please note that we'll have security on the door to implement our COVID sign-in protocols and make sure we are meeting our capacity obligations. Stay safe and enjoy your New Year!

10.01.2022 The CHT would like to thank the generous local resident who hand-delivered a bucket of fresh limes to our venue. We'll put them to good use in our bar and bistro service areas. Delicious!
