21.01.2022 The Seven chakras. Today I will give a little info on the 6th chakra point known as the third eye, in the centre of our forehead. The third eye is a dark navy blue indigo color. Here are some facts about the 6th chakra; Similar to the crown, the third eye connects and communicates with higher energies and frequencies A totem animal for the third eye and also the crown is the owl. The owl is the messenger and lives in truth The ability to see beyond our physical world. T...he ability to see the past, present and future Seeing through multiple dimensions as well as the third dimension with our physical eyes closed Seeing the reality of our surroundings, disabling illusion, recognising dishonesty and disloyalty Recognising the presence of negative energies even if they appear as positive The third eye is directly linked to our brain, cerebellum, eyes, pituitary and pineal glands You become less judgmental and more accepting of others as you can literally place yourself in their shoes. People often experiencing an awakening or healing of the third eye can experience a long standing change in their life. It can leave an individual feeling vulnerable and to question everything in their life as the truth reveals it self. Your friends will change and the things you wanted no longer serve you. You begin to make better choices such as whom you associate yourself with. You are able to recognise genuine people and begin to surround yourself with more positive individuals. However when all the dust settles you will be a much better version of yourself Having a healthy and open third eye will help keep your surroundings free of anything that will lower your energy levels and the frequency your aura vibrates on. 15.01.2022 The Seven chakras. Today I will give a little info on the 7th chakra point known as the crown, just above our head. I have always seen the crown chakra as a blinding silvery / white colour despite what is shown in the picture (although this picture is great!). Here are some facts about the crown; Is the direct connection to higher energies and frequencies, such as the divine energy or the central energy. In terms of Reiki the universal energy despite most of the channelling... through the hands The purpose of initiating trust between ourselves, others and those that are of higher energy / frequencies Having a healthy and open crown chakra is linked with our happiness and general positivity. The release of ego-driven behaviour and the avoidance of surrounding ourselves with people who are also ego driven is a direct result of having a healthy crown The crown is also linked to our nervous system, our brain and physicality. Eating well and regular exercise increases the crowns function People who suffer from depression, anxiety or trauma tend to have a blocked crown. By healing the crown, it will create a flow-on effect to help with the recovery process Opening up the crown and letting the energy flow as it should will improve all these factors. 14.01.2022 The Seven Chakras. Today I will give a little info on the 4th chakra point known as the heart, located in the middle of the chest. The heart chakra is a bright green color, it is common to see a lot of soft red energy around the chakra as this is associated with emotions like love. Here are some facts about the heart; The 4th chakra is the emotional chakra, it is closely tied to the throat. It also connects all the upper and lower chakras together The 4th chakra is direct...ly associated with the heart, blood, circulatory system and the lungs Having an open and balanced heart increases the capacity to love one another, including yourself. It helps establish long lasting friendships and relationships with complete communication Real unconditional love and compassion with all living things, from plants to animals, and other people. Also connects us to nature and having a deep desire to protect and nurture all living things. Individuals will often hear or experience the need to reduce their carbon footprint, and shy away from synthetic chemicals and seek alternatives like natural and organic products and food Expressing gratitude to those around us, expressing your feelings or showing people you are happy to have them in your life Engaging in activities, hobbies or social gatherings that make you happy It ties the physical and spiritual world together, best way to describe is having a human experience. You’ll hear that one a lot! The release of ego driven behaviours, fears, envy, jealousy and genuinely wanting others to succeed and experience all the positive things you do as an individual. The heart is giving and generous, wanting to share ideas, experiences and emotions. The need to lift others up when they are down The heart feels beyond the physicality of things, and appreciated inner beauty and equality The strong desire for self-change and the positive change for the globe that will benefit everyone The heart hears the sound and buzzing of the universe, the universal energy and frequency, which is the identical sound of bees on earth. Protect bees as they are spiritual messengers and are vital to the planets survival

03.01.2022 The Seven Chakras. Today I will give a little info on the 5th chakra point known as the throat, located at the base of the neck. The throat chakra is a soft blue color. Here are some facts about the throat; The throat is a communication chakra, it enables us to express ourselves and our concerns as well as listening to others The 5th chakra is directly associated with our vocal chords, throat, thyroid, neck, shoulder, ears and the jaw. It is also directly linked to all of... the other chakras! The 5th chakra also bridges the heart & mind thus integrating wisdom and knowledge allowing empathy and understanding to successfully integrate with one another Having a blocked 5th chakra can result in the above not functioning to capacity and often leads to mild inflammation of the associated links. A spirit / totem animal for the throat is the bird, more so jays and hummingbirds Having an open & balanced 5th chakra results in an individual been able to effectively communicate their needs, desires, creativity, boundaries and giving / receiving empathy. This also applies to listening to others Vocalising helps to disarm illusions and identify gaps with your surroundings. It will create an environment where you can make a judgement of the people in your life. You will be able to ask for what you need and effectively respond to those who ask for what they need How often do you hear when people are going through some sort of trauma, like loss, ill health or depression and the dissolving of relationships / friendships? When you speak up and are genuine with your words they hold a powerful & high vibration. A lower / higher vibration cannot co-exist without the lower vibration feeling uncomfortable. This is an indication that the person is not listening or willing to help you through your current issues, or just simply not been present in the moment with you Noticeably when you're getting better and improving yourself and surroundings the people around you of a lower vibration will try to bring you down with their words. As you can see slowly as I post more about the chakra’s how they all integrate. They are vital to our health, wellbeing and state of mind.
