One comment the inspector made was "we are one of the cleanest privately owned bakeries he had been in" so congrats to our staff. 16.01.2022 1/4 slab sponge cake, filled with fresh cream and jam, iced with coffee butter cream and piped with chocolate swiss meringue butter cream. Decorated with fresh strawberries dipper in choc ganache. Good job Kim. We are quickly becoming the bakery of choice for butter cream cakes. Customers are ecstatic with the product and presentation.

09.01.2022 Hi all. Beautifully presented cake. Covered with whipped butter cream (not fondant) flowers are made from an icing again not fondant. All made in house at Crestwood bakery. Flowers are eatable and taste much nicer than fondant. The photos speak for them selves.
