I'm a Physio by trade and have been running my own business for the last 18 years in the City - Ergoworks (www.ergoworks.com.au) I still have the Physio clinic but I have expanded it to include a Consulting and Equipment divisions. I work closely with companies to ensure they provide their staff with the best ergonomic furniture available (Chairs, Standing Desks etc). We also provide Workstation Assessment Solutions... across Australia, so it keeps me busy! When I am not at work, I am chasing after my 6 and 4 year old, they are a handful! How long have you been training at CREW and what keeps you coming back? I've been with CREW from the beginning. I absolutely love the training, it’s always a challenging 45 minute workout & sets my day up. The people involved are what really set Crew apart - the trainers get the best out of everyone & we all support and push each other to achieve our best possible results. What’s your fav book/s? Reading...that is something I did prior to kids! But if I was going to read it would be something non-fiction, I'm always up for learning something new.
