12.01.2022 2019 has nearly ended so if anyone has a New Year resolution to get out into the fresh air and get fitter 2020 is the year for that. Come down and join us on the water for an hour of fun and learn how to paddle in our boat. We are Breast Cancer survivors and supporters so come join us for fun and fitness not long out of treatment and you need some exercise then come along. Tuesday's at 5.30pm and Saturday mornings at 8.30am its a lot of fun. We all need to look after our health individually so come along and join us make that step for 2020.

08.01.2022 Great news phase 3 from midnight tonight will allow us from this weekend to start paddling, watch this space for the announcement as the water is like a millpond it’s a shame to waste our time. Please get in touch if you are wanting to join us. Cheers
