23.01.2022 2019 has nearly ended so if anyone has a New Year resolution to get out into the fresh air and get fitter 2020 is the year for that. Come down and join us on the water for an hour of fun and learn how to paddle in our boat. We are Breast Cancer survivors and supporters so come join us for fun and fitness not long out of treatment and you need some exercise then come along. Tuesday's at 5.30pm and Saturday mornings at 8.30am its a lot of fun. We all need to look after our health individually so come along and join us make that step for 2020.
20.01.2022 A dear friend and fellow dragon boater Noel Staples passed after a long battle with Cancer may you Rest In Peace Noel and forever be watching over us when we are out there beating the drum for us all in memory and in spirit we will miss you.
