Luke's interest in Anthropology and the study of other cultures was sparked by his work in photography, and UChicago's unique analytical approach to the creative arts and its world-renowned "Core" curriculum has, in turn, informed Luke's photography. Outside of class, Luke works as a projectionist for the Film Studies Center at the Logan Media Center for the Arts, photographs for the publication "South Side Weekly," and assists a professional photographer working in Chicago's South Side. Outside of studying at the world's top Government and Music schools, Gabe is a prolific singer/songwriter/violinist/producer, a volunteer instructor teaching health education in Boston Public Schools with the Peer Health Exchange, and a cadet Command Sergeant Major with ROTC.
