This introduction will be instrumental in the promotion of our vision in establishing both male and female squads within our region, as well as encouraging greater diversity and inclusion in women's football.... With the ambition to become the club of choice for many football players, we welcome all applicants to this fundamental milestone event. CLFC will position this squad for promotion to the top tier of female football in the Illawarra. Trials are set to be held on the 24th and 26th of November from 6pm for both Youth and Senior teams. Paul’s passion is contagious and has set the scene with his guidance and influence toward the squad both on and off the field. His leadership and discipline is second to none, this being the integral part in the growth and development of the 1st Grade Squad.... Paul’s coaching careers spans over many years. Prior to taking on the Head Coach position, Paul was an assistant coach at Cringila Lions Football Club. Commencing his coaching career at Woonona Sharks, Paul’s skills and ability helped guide Woonona Sharks to a grand final win. Paul then moved onto coach Fernhill in the Premier League, followed by assisting at Albion Park White Eagles. Paul is aligned to the values that the Cringila Lions Football Club instill.
