09.01.2022 Drop Off and Pick Up Arrangements Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we will need to continue to make adjustments to the morning and afternoon drop off and pick up routines. Based on the current COVID-19 protocols, the arrangements will be as follows; Morning Arrangements:... Students in Years 1-6 will be dropped off at the gate and independently walk to the COLA (same arrangements as last year). Initially, students in Kindergarten will be escorted by their parent to the foyer where they will be met by a teacher and escorted to the COLA. All students will be encouraged to use the hand sanitiser in the foyer on arrival. Afternoon arrangements: Parents are asked to wait in their cars and not arrive at the gate until 3:00pm. We also ask parents to adhere to the social distancing procedures of 1.5m and please wait away from the top of the stairs, as this area can get very congested. At 3:00pm, parents of students in the K/1 classes will be invited by a teacher to walk down the stairs, collect their child from the entrance of the school and leave promptly via the ramp. (This will avoid crossing paths with others). If you have a child in another class to collect, they will wait at the top of the stairs for you and you can collect them as you come up the ramp. All other students will independently walk up the ramp and meet their parents outside the school grounds. Siblings can wait for each other at the top of the stairs. If you have any questions regarding these procedures, please contact the office. We also thank you for assisting us to enable our students to leave the school in a safe and orderly manner.
