20.01.2022 Our 2011 Vintage is now ready to drink and as the 2011 Hunter Vintage was one of the best years yet our 2011 Bordeaux Blend of 75% Cabernet Franc, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot has the makings of a great soft medium bodied wine. It's drinking well now and we believe it's only going to get better in the next two years. We are still offering the vintage packs and yes we still have a few 2005 left now 10 years old. All the wines are showing different stages of development. But the stand out for me is the 2006 which especially has some lovely age characters. While the 2007, 2008 and 2009 are exhibiting some wonderful varietal characters. So if you would like to stock up on some wine for festive season our special Family & Friends price on our vintage packs is still only $150.00 a case. RRP:$225

19.01.2022 2010 VINTAGE RELEASE With the climate being what it was in 2010 our Vintage ended up a lighter wine in style, but still it packs plenty of flavour. We have given this wine a new name and label, "allégé rouge", French for "lighter red". This wine works best chilled down a bit, a great summer wine going well with Mediterranean and Asian style food, a bit of fun for summer.
