22.01.2022 Getting enough veggies in can be challenging and I know for me it's having to prepare them everyday is annoyingly time consuming. So instead I make one big vegetarian dish once a week and separate into single survings and freeze that way when I need veggies but don't have the time or energy I can just reheat.
