24.01.2022 Do you think with your head or your heart? Amazing how conditioned we become with living life through our minds rather than feeling into ourselves with what we truly want. The heart holds no ego. Your Soul will always lead you to where you are meant to be, to who your are meant to love, to what you are meant to do in life and the friendships you are meant to have.... When you allow your heart to speak to you rather than your mind, that's when your life will start moving in the direction that you always wished for. Trust yourself enough to listen to what your heart truly wants Your Soul will thank you for it

10.01.2022 I can't do this! I feel trapped! I am not deserving! Who am I kidding? I'm over it!... Blah, blah, blah...... These are words all too familiar to me. Years ago these words were my staple words and I truly believed it. Years later after many healings sessions, endless time spent working on my behavioural thinking patterns and lots of heartache, I finally learnt how to flip these beliefs around to positive encouragement..... But every now and then I do fall back into these beliefs. Thankfully I now have an amazing support network that help me see the light and I can now work out why these emotions can hit me like a tonne of bricks. And yes, even the one's who are here to help other's are just as human as everyone else. We too have to work our way through life's dramas. Yesterday was one of those days for me. There is a lot happening Galactically at the moment, which likely contributed to my heightened emotional state but I truly understand how crippling it is when your mind decides to take over your body and go into war with itself. So after feeling very sorry for myself, I delved deep into the emotion and tried to understand why I was feeling the way I was and what triggered it, rather than allowing the negative effects to consume me. Give yourself permission to feel emotional and accept that you are human, dealing with real life human experiences. And at times that can be tough to handle....But what is harder is accepting that it's too tough to handle. I am human, you are human. We both feel pain the same way. The thing that will make all the difference is having enough compassion, love, nurture and respect for yourself during these tough time as you would if you were supporting someone else. Give yourself a big hug, tell yourself you are deserving of all you want from life, think about the great things about yourself. And anyone who says that there aren't any great things about themselves isn't being truthful. Wipe away your own tears and be the best companion to yourself than anyone could ever be for you. You are your own best friend. No one will ever have more faith and love for you than yourself. We enter the world alone and leave the world alone. You are all you have at the end of the day. So embrace yourself and be proud. Stop searching for that perfect one. Stop searching for that one who will fulfil your every need. Stop searching for that one who will make you feel sensual, desired and loved. Stop searching for that one who will sweep you off your feet and make all your dreams come true. That one only exists within you. Just look in the mirror....The perfect one has been there all along And most of all, be the kind of person to yourself that you expect others to be to you Much love xx
