19.01.2022 Do you feel shy in social situations but know how important eye contact is? This might help you: Step 1: Eye Colour Approach all your interactions with the intention of finding out what eye colour the other person has. This way youll be able to establish eye contact while distracting yourself from any anxiety. ... Step 2: Triangle Technique So you know their eye colour but either the pressure to look away is growing or you feel like youve been staring. Try following the eye-to-mouth triangle, look at one eye, then the other, then the mouth. Repeat. I hope this will help you look interested and engaged in all of your conversations!
19.01.2022 Have you ever felt a little uncomfortable before sharing your thoughts on social media? Enough that you dont actually click "post"? Youre not alone. This study by two researchers at Facebook found that 71% of people feel the same.

15.01.2022 Psychology strategies can not only be implemented when things arent quite going right. They can also be used to enhance and grow you or your team. If you would like to know more about how, contact us to arrange a workshop like this one our Principal Psychologist Josh provided to www.wapmi.org.au last night on EQ in the workplace. Josh comes from a background working in forensics, government, resources, health and military including special forces. His delivery style is interactive and has a no bullsh!t kind of approach to looking at psychological risk mitigation and team enhancement strategies.
