05.01.2022 Had such an awesome chat and training session with these 2 legends whilst we were in Melbourne for Big Dogs. Such a down to Earth, knowledgeable, kind, genuine couple . Apparently i talk a lot haha ! Loved sharing and brainstorming all things training, psychology, programming and work ethic with these guys

04.01.2022 Had such an awesome morning with @tenille_duncan today going through a bunch of cues, stability/proprioception/warm up routines, her squat and deadlift and a bunch of other isometric and isolateral prehab work . . I am so honoured and humbled that I have coaches actually wanting to learn a thing or two off me. It not only makes me feel worthy but it also opens up my eyes and makes me have the utmost respect for these professionals always wanting to expand and broaden their e...ver growing knowledge in the field, that's professionalism. I love educating and providing another avenue to stimulate the thought processes of you guys . . And I must admit I still am and always will be learning, adapting and improving my resilience when it comes to training and education. That's the beauty of being open minded and always allowing and accepting someone else's opinion and expertise . .
