14.01.2022 Following on from a meeting held by Lenek Committee and Teachers, the decision was made to reschedule the Croatian Folkloric Arts Festival Australia. The propos...ed new date will be June 4th - 6th - long weekend, 2021. Given these unprecedented times, we are working to ensure that you are kept up to date with all relevant ticketing information in view of our rescheduled event. If you are an existing ticket purchaser, Lenek would like to reassure you that if you can not attend the Festival in 2021, the face value of your ticket will be refunded in full. 13.01.2022 Due to more expert advice & information coming to hand, we have decided to CANCEL PROBA TONIGHT!! The COVID-19 virus is continuing to present itself & showing t...hat those congregating within close proximity pose the greatest risk. We do have an elderly Croatian Community here in South Australia, so even though all our children will likely be unscathed by the COVID-19, they still maybe asymptomatic carriers of this disease. At this moment we do not know the full extent of the disease in Adelaide, it is our families & elderly within our community who are at greatest risk. To cancel practise now is best practise for our whole Croatian Community as well as the success of future events. Those that are performing at the Government House on Tuesday we will be in contact with you.

12.01.2022 **The Croatian Club Adelaide re-opens on Friday 26th June at 6pm** Due to COVID-19 restrictions and capacity limitations dinner will not be available at this st...age. Please come and join us for a drink, light refreshments and a long awaited catch up. As always all best practices for the safety of our community will be adhered to. 09.01.2022 We understand that our members (dancers, teachers, parents & committee) are concerned about the health & well being of our community. At this stage, at the advi...ce of all appropriate authorities and unless circumstance change PROBA WILL CONTINUE AS PLANNED! With that said we expect each dancer & family to be vigilant in their prevention & sanitation, including providing your own drinking bottle or purchasing drinks from us (free cordial will not be providing this practise), also kitchen will be limited in what it will provide. We will maintain best practises advised by heath authorities & exercise best precautions available. SEE YOU ALL TOMORROW

06.01.2022 Today we remember and celebrate 70 years of Croatian cultural identity here in South Australia.

01.01.2022 In the context of the rapidly evolving situation with COVID-19, Lenek remains sensitive to the specific challenges facing our community. With the uncertainty t...hat surrounds the current environment, we acknowledge that many families are re-evaluating their extra curricular activities. This has led us to make the difficult decision to cancel dance practise until further notice. We will also not be opening the kitchen at the Dom this Friday night. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but trust that you understand that Lenek is committed to prioritising the safety and well being of our dancers, teachers, committee and extended community. We continue to be committed to the development to our dancers and look forward to communicating with you different options for practise in the future to ensure that we are prepared for events. With this said we encourage you all to enjoy the time with your families. We are working on preparing lyrics and notes, links to YouTube clips as well links to Lenek’s Spotify playlist. We persuade you to get out into your backyards into the sunshine and practise our Folklor and culture with your children. Play our music loud and sing at the top of your voices together.
