20.01.2022 We spend a lot of our time making lap blankets to donate to local nursing homes. This one was made using a lot of odds and ends which have been donated to us over time. This blanket was definitely a roller coaster of love! So glad it’s now completed!

15.01.2022 It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! The kids have loved putting up the Christmas tree and I absolutely loved making these stockings. The Christmas stockings are available for purchase.

14.01.2022 Let me know your thoughts on this blanket. It’s a work in progress, made with 5ply wool/premium acrylic crepe blend. It’s a gorgeous mustard colour and lovely and warm. It’ll be available for purchase once it’s finished.

13.01.2022 One, two, three, four, makes a big soft African Flower Ball. Made using 100% cotton with non-allergenic and washable filling, off to its new owner.

12.01.2022 Another order off to its new home in the US. This lovely blanket is made using BWM 10 ply cotton and is so silky soft. The pattern was designed by the customer and looks great.

08.01.2022 This beautiful blanket is growing slowly but surely. Each row is different from the last. Currently 23 minutes per side (232 stitches per side). Takes 1 hr 32min to complete the round.

04.01.2022 My Mum and I have received so many kind donations of yarn in the past 6 months. We’ve sorted it into packs and are crocheting up blankets for nursing homes and to donate to those in need. Here are just a few blankets (we’ve donated several others but forgotten to take photos). A big shout out to Debbie for donating and collecting so much yarn for us!

01.01.2022 Have been having a go at making some little octopals that help stop little preemie bubs from pulling their feeding tubes out. They hang on to the little tentacles. Very cute. What a wonderful organisation Octopus for a Preemie is.
