25.01.2022 Dear Customers It is with a heavy heart, that we have made the decision not to open next week, Monday to Friday. At this stage, we will close from Monday 23rd March and re-open on Saturday 28th March. Please continue to follow our page, as these opening hours may change again, and we will update you on whether or not we will be open during the school holidays.... We have made the decision to do this, as we have a deep sanitisation of the centre booked in to be completed by our cleaners during this time. We also feel it is in the best interests of the community to limit the amount of social interaction at this time. We will do out best to open again soon, but only when we are comfortable that it is safe to do so. If you have a party booked with us, please do not despair. We have solutions in place to allow parties to proceed, albeit in a slightly different format due to the new regulations released by the government yesterday. We will be in contact with you to discuss each party individually over the coming week. Your families are in our thoughts during this unprecedented challenge. We all must do our bit to overcome this. Our priority is to keep your families, our families, and our staff, as safe as possible whilst following the government advice which is rapidly changing every day. To our staff we love you guys. We appreciate the hardship this will cause you all, but we are here for you. To our customers thank you for all the support you have shown us. We will be back, better than ever, ponce this crisis passes. We will no doubt need your support more than ever once we do, and we really look forward to seeing all your smiling faces again. Please stay safe. Geoff, Mel, and the entire team at Croc’s Playcentre Hoppers Crossing

19.01.2022 Dear customers We really miss all your smiling faces! We hope you are all doing ok through such a challenging time for all Victorians. It is so exciting to see restrictions finally easing, and many businesses re-opening in a COVID-normal way.... Unfortunately, the government has not given Playcentres the green light to re-open yet. We are really hoping that we will have some good news to share with everyone soon. Please keep following our page, and we will update you as soon as we know anything. Whilst we are closed, we have been working hard behind the scenes to ensure our COVID-Safe plans are in place. As you can see, even Mr Croc has been getting in on the action!. We already have sanitisation stations in the centre, social distance stickers, sneeze guards for service areas and much more in place. All staff rostered on will have completed the government COVID-Safe training. When we do re-open, bookings will be required. Stay tuned for more details once we know when we can re-open. We cannot wait to see you all again soon. Geoff, Mel, and the team at Croc’s Hoppers Crossing .. and Mr Croc of course!

18.01.2022 We loved this idea so much at home we have started it in our family! We would love you to share any ideas you may have to keep the kids entertained at home... Hoping you are all ok and we miss you all so much! Love Geoff and Mel!

17.01.2022 Hello Valued Customers, What a crazy time for everyone. We hope you are doing ok. We value the support you give us, and want to help out where we can. As a family owned business, we also live locally in Point Cook and have seen first hand the challenges everyone is facing trying to get their hands on essential items.... We currently have more toilet paper than we need. It is individually wrapped. If anyone is desperate, we are happy to hand out some rolls to you for free - maximum 2 rolls per person - so we can be sure it goes to those that really need it. Strictly while stocks last - please understand that when it’s gone, it’s gone. We also have some milk available that expires this week. It’s perfectly fine though and happy also to give each person 1 bottle of milk for free if you need it. We are open at 10am tomorrow and it’s first in, first served, until it’s all gone. We are also open for coffee if u need your Muffin Break caffeine fix, and will continue to trade as normal unless we advise otherwise. This is a gesture from us to help out those in need. PLEASE be courteous to staff. We are all in this together. Thanks again for your support. We hope to welcome you back to our centre soon. Geoff, Mel and the whole team at Croc’s Playcentre Hoppers Crossing

10.01.2022 This is super cool! We would love for you to share in the comments activities you and your family have been doing to pass the time while at home.

10.01.2022 With the challenges facing our community and the world right now, we thought we should share the extra measures we have put in place to ensure the cleanliness of our centre remains our highest priority. We already engage the services of a professional cleaner, and have done ever since opening our centre back in 2017. We conduct regular deep cleans of the centre, including on top of the playground structures, under trampolines and places not always visible to the public.... Our staff are very aware of the importance of self-hygiene, safe food handling practice, and the need to sanitise/clean regularly. Every day before we open, every mat in our baby area is individually sanitised to ensure they are safe for your little ones. Whilst we already have strong and regular sanitisation rules in place, we have stepped this up to increase the regularity of this throughout the day. Health and safety are all of our responsibilities. We encourage you to practice safety measures at home and when you're out. Wash your hands with soap and water frequently, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your elbow if you have to sneeze or cough, and please stay home if you are sick, or have been sick in the last 14 days. If you have travelled overseas in the last 14 days, we also ask that you refrain from visiting us until the 14 day quarantine period has passed. As of Monday, our WEEKDAY trading hours will temporarily change to 10am-3pm, to allow us to do even greater sanitisation at the end of each day. Our WEEKEND trading hours will remain unchanged at 9am-5pm every Saturday and Sunday. We hope to see you all soon, and follow our page for upcoming specials and events.

09.01.2022 Dear customers We hope you are doing well. This weekend, we have adjusted our trading hours, to ensure the safety of customers visiting our centre. SATURDAY... We will be CLOSED to the general public. We will remain OPEN for those customers that have booked birthday parties for Saturday, and for those guests attending one of these parties. If you are attending a party, we do ask that only the invited child and 1 parent attends, so we can ensure we keep guests under the legal limit of 100 people in the centre. We will also be politely asking guests to vacate the centre, 30 minutes after their party ends, to allow for other parties to proceed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. SUNDAY We will be OPEN to the general public from 10.00am 4.00pm. Please understand, that we will be unable to guarantee entry if the legal limit of 100 guests is reached. We appreciate your understanding. We will update you on trading hours soon, for next week and the school holidays. Geoff, Mel and the team at Croc’s Hoppers Crossing

08.01.2022 XMAS TOY DRIVE CROC’S HOPPERS CROSSING and KOALA KIDS Dear Customers Christmas is not far away, and what a challenging year it has been. Some families are doing it really tough, and we would like to help make a difference to some families that could really do with some extra happiness this Christmas.... Croc’s Playcentre Hoppers Crossing is proud to partner with Koala Kids, to raise funds for children affected by cancer. Koala Kids vision is to help EVERY child and young person undergoing cancer treatment in Victoria. They provide small things that make a difference to the lives of children and young people undergoing cancer treatment, and their families/siblings. When children and young people undergo treatment for cancer, the impact is massive - physically of course, but also emotionally. Their lives are turned upside down. Their regular routines including their education, sporting and cultural pursuits, and other creative experiences, are disrupted. Similarly, parents are often required to spend long periods of time at the hospital, missing work responsibilities and on occasion, may need to relocate. We appreciate that this year has taken a huge financial toll on many local families, so please only donate if you are in a position to do so. Croc’s Hoppers Crossing is running a Xmas Toy Drive, and will act as a ‘collection point’ for toys/gifts to be dropped off, which will then be given to kids with cancer, and their families/siblings, that are undergoing cancer treatment in Victoria. These gifts make a huge difference to kids’ lives, and can consist of many different ideas. Gifts can be for kids, ranging from babies right up to teenagers. Some suggestions are below . Activities for hospital, craft items etc Colouring packs Pencils, textas etc Note pads LEGO Toys Books, DVD’s, kids magazines etc for hospital stays No Food Please Gifts can be donated up until Friday 18th December for Xmas, however we will happily act as an ongoing collection/donation for Koala Kids. IMPORTANT - As we are in a COVID environment and dealing with kids affected by cancer, we do ask that gifts are new and sealed. Also, please do not wrap the toys, as Koala Kids will handle all of this to ensure sanitisation, and to ensure age appropriate gifts go to the appropriate child. They will be further sanitised by Koala Kids before being given to any kids. If you would like to learn more about this organisation, please visit www.koalakids.org.au . They are AMAZING people. Thanks so much for not only supporting our family business, but for supporting such a great cause. Geoff, Mel, and the team at Croc’s Hoppers Crossing
