24.01.2022 Morning cheesecake lovers Just I wanted to say a big thanks to all the orders I received last week! I had a blast making all those delicious bubblegum cheesecake treats for you all. I did, however, have a couple of no shows. I get it, Life happens and we cant always get where we need to be. Unfortunately for me, I make these to order to ensure theyre at their best when you arrive to pick up. So with that being said, no shows mean Im out of pocket for the ingredients an...d have a fridge full of cheesecake This means that from today onwards I will be charging a $10 non refundable deposit on each cheesecake at time of order. This covers some of the ingredients only. On a cheerier note, cheesecakes are ready for pick up 2 days after placing an order ie: place an order today and pick up Thursday. Im happiest in the kitchen making these delicious beauties so thought it was time to put them out there for all to enjoy.... I found the passion for cheesecaking while working as a breakfast cook in a wee hotel in Marlborough back in 2016 where Id often help out the night chef by make these yummy desserts.
