You must obtain the perfect texture in order to make it creamy enough for enjoying and not too liquid because you couldn’t make the rounded form when rolling them. - Crunchiness: roll them nicely so they don’t break and use quality breadcrumbs!... To sum up.... secret is: right texture of bechamel and lots of touch when rolling them!
