22.01.2022 A little bit of background on our journey so far. It started in the garage of our head brewer Tims home. A love and a passion for not only drinking beer but brewing beer over a number of years has culminated in some close mates coming up with the idea to start our very own brewing business. So we set out on the journey to create a truly local product and over the past 6/12 months we have been researching, developing and refining our craft beer recipe. A lot of hard work has... gone into this project so far so to say that we are happy with our final recipe is an understatement. We cannot wait to share our beer with you. Soon youll be able to enjoy our local beer that is low in bitterness, but not in character. The Next Level XPA is jam packed with tropical goodness thatll take your taste buds on a wild ride.
