17.01.2022 LOCAL HERO NOMINATION Kirsty O’Brien runs a local business called TEAM KO Meditate with Kirsty which provides workplace wellbeing and stress management programs and workshops for small businesses. She has worked with the Sutherland shire council with their well-being staff programs and when Covid hit my mum volunteered her time running free meditations for people that needed it. She also recorded meditations for people who were unwell or anxious through that ...time as well. She volunteers on Saturday’s at Wanda Beach for the community. She cares deeply about the community and mental health and families staying connected. Kirsty is the perfect example of how wonderful our community and small business is.
