25.01.2022 A fair bit of water and termite damage here, cut out as much as possible, treated, then rebuilt as good as I could. Pretty happy with end result.

08.01.2022 Another bathroom refurbishment. A long day as it had to be done for a leasing inspection in the morning. Less than $1000.00 including new grout, new basin, bath and shower taps and a new cistern.

07.01.2022 Weather had destroyed these stairs so we replaced with treated pine steps with non slip section to comply with Australian standard. Really happy with this result.
