25.01.2022 FORFEIT FINES - LAST 3 ROUNDS Forfeit fines have now increased for the final 3 rounds unless there are extenuating circumstances*. The fines are as follows:... U12 to U18: $200 U21: $400 Therefore, it cannot be stressed enough that you should borrow players so you don't forfeit. As per current rules, if you have 7 or more, you must field that team. * Extenuating circumstances: Teams who play games with ineligible players (i.e. to get games played) will lose the game on forfeit but will not be fined. Teams are required to inform their opponent and the Referee of such action prior to the commencement of the match and the match sheet noted as a ‘Forfeit’.

19.01.2022 BUNDEENA ACCESS FROM 4TH SEPTEMBER For those that have games at Bundeena from the 4th September, there will be no road access via Audley Weir due to the Flat Rock Bridge being replaced (estimated completion, late October). To access Bundeena, you will need to drive via the alternate route using the Waterfall Royal National Park entrance.

06.01.2022 WASHED OUT GAMES - SUNDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER Pursuant to SSFA Rule 18 (reinforced by discussions at a number of recent Club General Meetings and the EC Meeting of Tuesday 18 August 2020) it has been determined that the incomplete matches from Round 12 Sunday 20 September will not be re-drawn. That is, catch up matches for incomplete Sunday Round 12 games will not be played. Accordingly, as each team in the effected age /grade has not been provided an opportunity to earn three poi...nts (i.e. a win), the results from all matches that were otherwise completed for the respective ages/ grades that were impacted will be voided. The Results and the Tables will be updated accordingly. 05.01.2022 HAZARD REDUCTION - WORONORA HEIGHTS - 5TH SEPTEMBER Please be advised that the RFS is planning for a hazard reduction at Woronora Heights this coming Saturday, 5th September. This hazard reduction is weather dependant. Assuming the weather stays dry and it is not windy on the day, the back burning will likely proceed (anytime from 10am). Please advise any teams that are playing at WHO of this potential hazard reduction, noting:... 1. That the fire is controlled and managed by the RFS. 2. People should leave additional time to get to/ from the field as RFS trucks may be on the roads, and 3. If a participant is likely to be effected by the smoke please ensure they have taken the necessary precautions (which may include not participating in the match). Bosco Football Club will monitor the situation as we get closer to the weekend and on the day. You will be advised if further updates are forthcoming. Again, please ensure participants are aware and consider their personal circumstances.
