07.01.2022 We've received several queries about visiting and taking photos of the Crookwell Station and yard when nobody is around. Feel free to visit and take photos. Look the place over, read the information boards in the waiting room. Wander around at your leisure. We love seeing photos posted to social media. There is some stunning photography being posted all the time. Please be mindful of trip hazards, only ask not to climb on the Turntable itself and there are security cameras i...n operation. Like and follow us on Facebook and our website https://www.gchr.org.au/ for updates, meetings and working bees. Generally the 3rd weekend of the month. While you're here, visit the Crookwell Tourist Information Center in Goulburn Street. Discover our beautiful town of Crookwell and surrounding villages of the Upper Lachlan Shire.

06.01.2022 Last weekend a few of us were putting in the hard yards pinning the new turntable sleepers. After this we hope to restore the turntable frame. Our next get-together is November 21. All welcome.
