The answer to all water shortages seems to be to Dam Up what is left, and to steal it from the environment, and from the many to give to the few. This is not good enough, especially as the forests that brought the rain, are still being flattened every day.

23.01.2022 We certainly have some outstanding gardening talent up here on top of the Great Dividing Range in Southern Queensland in North Eastern Australia. This weekend is the start of the traditional week of the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. In keeping with that tradition there’s an annual home gardens competition. Usually everyone especially visitors, can visit the award winning Gardens and other entrants. But this year is different because apparently the city’s burgermeisters, whom...ever they may be, decided that spending too much time outdoors may be risky for your health if there's another human nearby, due to a massive scam known as the Pandemic of Covid 19. So the local newspaper The Chronicle, has decided to put 10 gardens and their owners Online. They think it’s more healthy to be indoors playing with your devices at the start of spring, silly souls. 18.01.2022 How did the Jarrah logs get to the Nannup Saw Mill? These trucks had 3 Three gear sticks, so they could haul out of muddy forestry tracks in the State Forests around Nannup, south west Western Australia. The massive Jarrah hardwood logs were turned into: Timber Bridge Crossings and Sleepers for railways in South Africa and the London Tube; Scantling, Moldings, House Sets, and General Purpose Construction Timber. Why this truck? In the mid 1970s this green model B61 Mack Thermodyne prime mover had been in production for around 20 years. I hitchhiked in one, from near Darradup into the village of Nannup along the Brockman Highway. It was fascinating especially the driver operating those gear sticks.
