02.01.2022 An absolute salty, smokey labour of love Smoked low @borrowdalefreerange pork knuckles from @awm.syd on the @traegergrillsoz Pro 34. This thing took like 3 days to prepare, 5 hours smoke time and 15 minute screechingly hot air time and boy oh boy was it worth it! Smacked right on top of garlic dijon mashed potato and served with sauerkraut and @mcclurespickles It's not goin' to hit the menu anytime soon...but I didn't say it won't ever
