04.01.2022 Remeber guys this is the last week of CrossFit 7250 as it currently is. Awesome new facility opening in a weeks time, jump on and secure your foundation memberships. There will be some amendments to class times this week as moving over to the new facility ( equipment) etc will take some time. Will try and be as accomadating as possible, but unfortunately won't be able to offer full time table this week. Will give firm details on monday. Thanks for your understanding. Phil and Micah
03.01.2022 WOD Friday 23rd May Strength: 1) Close Grip Bench Press ( using 90% of 1rm Bench) 60%x10, 70%x8, 75%x6, 80%x4 reps... 2) a) 3x 10 pause tempo pull ups b )3x 10 Ring Dips Conditioning: With a running clock: -3x max reps of KBS, 24/16kg in 40 seconds, rest :20 between rounds. -3x max reps of Push ups in 40 seconds, rest :20 between rounds. -3x max reps of Thrusters 42.5/30kg in 40 seconds, rest :20 between rounds. -3x max Reps on Double Unders in 40 seconds, rest :20 between rounds. This is a 12 minute workout, 3 minutes at each movement.
