07.01.2022 5 years ago Callaghan College Waratah Technology Campus became the first CrossFit Affiliated School in Australia. Crossfit is a strength and conditioning progr...am that is suitable for teens and above with specialized programs for growing adolescents. In those 5 years, the Elective, which is available as a PASS Course, year 8 Elective or Sport Choice, has become the most popular subject choice at the campus. Apart from improved fitness outcomes - the program has profound effects on students lives, even after they leave our campus. Improved attendance, improved student engagement, improved social interactions, improved resilience, and improved healthy decisions are all part of the program since its inception
