01.01.2022 NEW CLASS! Introducing our new Masters Competitor Class starting this Saturday at 10am. With the Masters League Opens around the corner, this class has been specifically designed to prepare athletes for the competition season. The class will be used to work on weaknesses, as well as hit a WOD in the style of ML with a judge, video recording etc so that you are well prepared for when the season starts.... $10 per session - open to any masters athletes in the CrossFit community.
