03.01.2022 It's has been an EPIC couple of weeks of over indulging on good beer and choice food. What I did notice is how my body reacts to the over eating. There were days I was left with heart burn and stitches. Now feeling bloated, tired and lazy. It's a NEW YEAR and a great time to reset the Goals. My health goal last year was SIX-PACK ABS and it's still the same. So it all starts now. I have the key to AMAZING NUTRITION that gets results. Not a fad diet or detox, this has helped me lose over 26kg in conjunction with Crossfit Training. I have been using this for over 2years. I have heaps of friends doing the same starting 12th Jan.
