04.01.2022 Not sure what to call this one... Either.. "Team Work Makes The Dream Work"... or.. "Sorry, Not Sorry" Either way, here it is! in teams of 4-5. 45 min cap. A) Share 150 synchro wallballs. No less than 2 people running at a time. B) Share 6 x 200m runs. No less than 2 people running at a time. C) Share 30 box-sled lengths. As many athletes on the sled as you like. (2x25kg plates). Every time an athletes 'subs out' to rest, they must perform 10alt DB snatches before they help out again with the sled. D) Share 6 x 200m runs. No less than 2 people running at a time. E) Share 150 synchro wallballs. No less than 2 people running at a time. TIP: workload doesn't have to be split evenly. Fitter athletes can help out more so by doing double-sets. EG, fitter athlete runs 200m with one partner, then as that partner rests, he/she runs with the next one also.
