04.01.2022 This is Tim. Tim’o as we call him is an absolute legend and someone I respect on an epic level for his courage and character. Tim has Cerebral Palsy a very complex condition that severely limits balance, muscle control and a long list of other very difficult symptoms... Here’s Tim working on Top down Deadlift a movement that he’s been working so hard to do for a long time with me and his amazing physio @shar11_sharmcnamaraphysio Tim’s an absolute warrior, he is the mos...t amazing, determined, hard working person I’ve ever met He turns up every day with a smile and will never give-up on any task. Kettlebell Swing it’s the foundation of lifting across all sports ranging from running to martial arts to oly lifting and obviously Crossfit. Every athlete will benefit from improving their hip drive -- yet most of us are swinging kettlebells in ways that are contra-indicative to good back health. 2. Kettlebell Clean it’s quite a different technique from the one employed in oly lifting, yet essential to get right if you want to experience the benefits of lifting heavy kettlebells. 3.
