I completed certificate 3 and 4 in fitness in 2012 and worked in the fitness industry until 2016. I started CrossFit in 2017 and then returned in Nov 2019 after having Georgia. ... Here’s a few words from the man himself: My passion for health & fitness started at a young age when I was training to improve my sporting performance. Since then I have experienced many forms of training settings, including 3 years with the GWS Giants in the AFL and 5 years in the American football college system.... I discovered CrossFit 5451 last year when I was on a quick visit home during my college break. I was stoked to find a place with an amazing training environment that suited my workout style! After graduating with a degree in Fitness Studies, I returned home this year and continued training at CrossFit 5451. I was warmly welcomed into the community and strangely fell in love with those early morning workouts that left me absolutely exhausted.
