21.01.2022 Did the .50 Cal WOD which is 50 Cal Row, 50 Cal Assault Bike and 50 Cal Ski Erg at HMAS Cresswell Gym. I thought I could monster the challenge board with a time of 9.40, I’m second on the board but not even close to first, the best time by a Navy Physical Instructor is 8.08.

11.01.2022 The 6th WOD of 24 days of Australian Hero WODS is Worsley. The aim is to get as many people involved by doing the workouts in April, you can scale them any way you want. This is about saluting those that paid the ultimate sacrifice.
